The results of the NFL waiver wire claims are in! The Philadelphia Eagles were awarded with ... no one. NFL insider Adam Caplan reports the Eagles did not (successfully) claim any players.
Huh.
It remains to be seen if the Eagles, who were 12th in the waiver wire order, put in any claims that went unsuccessful.
Last year, the Eagles added three players via waivers.
In any case, the Eagles will not be adding any players to their roster. That doesn’t mean they can’t make any changes to their current 53-man roster.
But maybe the Eagles will just sit tight and enter the regular season with their current group. That’d be a little surprising since they’re still carrying five running backs and only eight offensive linemen.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Not that waivers are over, the Eagles can begin to form their 10-man practice squad. Stay tuned to the BGN practice squad tracker (CLICK HERE) for more updates on that.
