I’ve been following Dan Duffy on Twitter for a while now (@Phillywordart) and have always been impressed with his work at Philly Word Art. He specializes in drawing images with words. For example, here’s a picture of Philadelphia he drew using the city’s street names.
Cool, right? Dan also has a lot of sports-related drawings. But among the most impressive is his drawing of the Philadelphia Eagle, using all 1,739 player names in team history.

According to Dan’s blog:
I wanted to capture pieces of all the past Eagles logos. I actually started with the Eagles logo image from the late 80s/early 90s, and then flipped it so it would fly from left to right - a nod to the pre-1980s logos.
And whose name was the final piece of Dan’s masterpiece? None other than Carson Wentz, of course. See if you can find him.
Dan has other Eagles and sports-related pictures. Some are below, including a GOAT Brian Dawkins picture, but check out his site for more. And support a local artist!
