Alshon Jeffery is probably going to score quite a few touchdowns as a member of the Eagles. Jeffery found the end zone for the first time wearing midnight green during Philadelphia’s Thursday night game against the Miami Dolphins.

The 6-3 Jeffery is a big body who knows how to get open. And even if he doesn’t get open, he’s still pretty good at making contested catches. So basically he’s uncoverable. That’s a pretty good option to have in the red zone for Wentz.
Jeffery’s touchdown catch wasn’t the only reception he has on Thursday night. Wentz also hit him for a big gain over the middle.
Alshon! Looks like the Dagger concept! Slot runs deep with a square in from Jeffery pic.twitter.com/nprPAibWya

Jeffery’s looked pretty great all offseason long, which isn’t a surprise. It’s good to see he’s carrying it over to real game action, though.
Jeffery is poised to have a real big year assuming he can stay on the field. He’s a great new weapon for Wentz. It wouldn’t be surprising to see the two connect for a lot more tuddies this season.
