What kind of a player is Ronald Darby? How much of a difference will he make on this Eagles team? The guys answered these questions and more in their analysis of the trade, including how it will impact the Eagles this season and beyond.
Unexpectedly, Eliot Shorr-Parks called into the program to make the case that the Eagles lost the trade. The BGN crew disagreed, vehemently, with ESP. Who won the argument? You be the judge.
The fellas also eulogized Jordan Matthews (career as an Eagle), and discussed how the offense will be affected by his loss ...
Which, of course, leads us to Nelson Agholor. How much will the Eagles need to count on the embattled former first round pick with JMatt gone? The guys have an answer, and it might surprise you.
You know what's not surprising? Ezekiel Elliott's suspension. John, James, and Brandon touch on the news, but more important, they discuss how the suspension, plus the acquisition of Darby, changes the complexion of the NFC East race this season.
With all the craziness of the suspension and trade, it's almost easy to forget the Eagles finally played a game on Thursday night. And even though it's just the preseason, and the starters barely played, the guys have takes on all of it nonetheless.
