Why they’ll lose to the Eagles
They lost to the Eagles at home last year, and the 2017 version of the Bears looks to be even worse. In 2016 the Eagles faced Jay Cutler throwing to Alshon Jeffery. Jeffery is now on the Eagles, Cutler could be calling this game from the booth. The 2016 Bears couldn’t pass the ball, run the ball, or stop offenses from doing it on them. It will be more of the same this year. The Bears have potentially the worst group of skill position players in the league. Their nominal starting QB has thre 11 passes in the last two years. And their defense isn’t capable of carrying them. This is probably the worst team the Eagles face all year, and they’ll get them at home in Week 12. Expect Mitchell Trubisky to be starting by then.
Why they’ll beat the Eagles
Carson Wentz misses the game due to injury? There’s trap game potential here, as this game comes between two Sunday Night games that are both on the road, against the Cowboys and Seahawks. Other than that there is no reason to expect the Bears to win this game.
