The 2017 NFL schedule leaks keep on coming. The Chicago Bears’ schedule has leaked and it shows the Bears playing the Eagles in Philadelphia on Sunday, Nov. 26. This information comes from Brad Briggs.
The Eagles and Bears last played in Week 2 at Soldier Field in Chicago last season. The Birds beat the Bears by a final score of 29-14.
This year the Eagles will be facing the Bears with one of Chicago’s former key players now on Philadelphia’s roster. I’m talking about Alshon Jeffery, of course. It doesn’t seem like he harbors any bad blood towards the Bears but he should be motivated to play well against his former team.
The last time the Eagles and Bears played in Philadelphia, it wasn’t very pretty for Chicago. That was back in 2013 when the Eagles murdered Chicago by a final score of 54 to 11. The Bears were playing for a playoff spot in that game while the Eagles had virtually nothing to gain by winning. It was a very fun atmosphere at the Linc.
To recap, here’s what we’ve heard about the Eagles schedule so far:
Week 1 - at Washington Redskins
Week 3 - versus New York Giants
Week 12 - versus Chicago Bears
Week 13 - at Seattle Seahawks
Week 14 - at Los Angeles Rams
Week 15 - at New York Giants
Week 16 - Oakland Raiders
