2017 NFL Draft wide receiver prospect Taywan Taylor had an official pre-draft visit with the Eagles on Tuesday. The Western Kentucky pass catcher posted the following picture on his Instagram account.

Taylor is one of 30 prospects who will officially visit the Eagles in Philadelphia leading up to this year’s draft. The Eagles also spoke with Taylor at this year’s Senior Bowl.
In four years at WKU, Taylor posted some really big numbers. He finished with 253 receptions for 4,234 yards (16.7 average) and 41 touchdowns. A bulk of that production came in his final two years of college.
CBS Sports projects Taylor as a third round pick. BGN’s Ben Natan has him ranked the No. 4 wide receiver in this year’s class while BGN’s Jonny Page puts him at No. 8. Here’s a more detailed scouting report.
Taylor projects as a slot wide receiver in the NFL, which is interesting given the rumors about the Eagles being open to trading Jordan Matthews. Even if the Eagles don’t trade Matthews, he’ll be a free agent after this season so perhaps Philadelphia is eyeing up a potential replacement for him.
