Let's get to the Philadelphia Eagles links ...
Brandon Graham’s Take On What Eagles Should Do In Round 1 - CBS Philly
Eagles defensive lineman Brandon Graham revealed what he thinks Howie Roseman, Joe Douglas and company should do with the 14th overall pick. “I don’t want to say what I really feel as far as who I think we gonna get, but you know either corner or running back I feel,” Graham said Wednesday on the 94WIP Carlin & Reese Show. “That’s just what I hope for and then a middle linebacker. It’s out of them three.”
NFL Mock Draft: Eagles get a steal in the second round - BGN
As the 2017 NFL Draft approaches, the NFL writers here at SB Nation get together to do a mock draft. The setup is simple: each writer plays general manager for their team and makes the pick. There are no trades. The draft goes two rounds deep. When I made my pick for the Eagles at No. 14 a few weeks ago, I took Alabama linebacker Reuben Foster. For the Eagles’ second round pick at No. 43, I stuck with my Crimson Tide bias. I selected Alabama cornerback Marlon Humphrey.
BGN Radio #233: What’s It Like In An NFL Scouting Department At Draft Time? - BGNRadio.com
What is actually happening right now at this stage of the NFL Draft for NFL front offices? Former Eagles scout Dan Hatman give us some insight on what is happening the final draft meetings.
What’s Going on at 14? - Iggles Blitz
The Eagles have shown a lot of interest in pass rushers. They could go for Tennessee star Derek Barnett. It isn’t a lock he’ll be on the board, but if he is, Barnett would make a lot of sense for the Eagles. He’s productive, tough, and smart. He was at his best against the best competition. Barnett isn’t a special athlete, but his game tape is outstanding. The only other DEs who could be in the mix at 14 are Takk McKinley from UCLA and T.J. Watt from Wisconsin. Pick 14 feels early for them,. but you never know which players a team will fall in love with. Watt is taller and more athletic. He played 3-4 OLB at Wisconsin. McKinley has longer arms and did some great things as a DE for UCLA.
Sal Paolantonio Backs Doug Pederson - PE.com
Carson Wentz's historic rookie season is a huge reason why Eagles fans should be optimistic about the team moving forward. But ESPN's Sal Paolantonio cites another first-year performance from 2016 that is cause for excitement. "I'm a big believer in Doug Pederson. People have been critical of him. I won't be. I think he's done a terrific job. I think he had a very good rookie season considering all the things he had to do with that football team," Paolantonio said. "And it's like beating a dead horse, but I'll say it over, Lane Johnson misses 10 games. If the team's not missing Lane Johnson, they're going to the playoffs in my view, so I think they had a good season considering all that he was up against."
Eagles' breadcrumb trail leads to ... what exactly? - Burlington County Times
Usually all we have are breadcrumbs. Good if you’re making chicken, not so good at answering one of the most asked questions this month, and one that will continued to be asked at an even greater clip over the next week-and-a-half: Who will the Eagles take in the first round? Soon, we will know. The first round of the National Football League Draft is April 27, and then there will be two more days after that of restocking the shelves. Problem is, that’s 11 days from now. So, what is the best way to answer such a question, now, as we sit here today? Well, let’s analyze the breadcrumbs as best we can.
2017 NFL draft positional breakdown: Linebackers - CSN Philly
This guy is a stud. He's been compared to former Defensive Player of the Year Luke Kuechly. Those comparisons fair. Foster is lightning quick sideline to sideline and brings the wood. He doesn't excel in coverage but he's not a liability either. A disagreement with a hospital worker during the combine could cause him to drop in this range. Is linebacker a need? Not really. With Jordan Hicks, Nigel Bradham -- who played well last season -- and Mychal Kendricks (for now) in the fold, the Eagles actually have depth. But Foster is a difference maker from Day 1. Foster could patrol the middle while Hicks moves to the weak side. That could free up Hicks to be even more disruptive playmaker.

Both came to Darby Township Fire Station to recruit men during National Volunteer Month. Big Brother Big Sisters of America has more than 1,200 children on a waiting list for mentors. Eight hundred of them are boys according to Greg Burton, Vice President, Marketing and Communications at Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence Region. Amazingly, Eagles and Penn State have never been a great match - Morning Call
So let the debate begin about which of these underwhelming Nittany Lions-turned-Eagles is best: 1. Tackle Ron Heller. Probably the best of the bunch. He made 71 starts at right tackle and left tackle from 1989 through '92. Solid player. If he's not the finest Penn State player to ever wear Eagles green, then this next guy is.
Pre-draft NFL power rankings - Daily News
19) Additions of WRs Alshon Jeffery and Torrey Smith should improve Wentz’s passing numbers.
NFL Draft 2017: How scouts rank the top 10 tackles - NJ.com
“He is aggressive, real physical, good size. There’s nothing he can’t do. You get him with a good OL coach and he'll be going to the Pro Bowl every year.''..."I have him No. 2 (behind Bolles), but that's just by default. I think he's OK. He can be a starter in the league, but if you take a guy as early as he might go, you want more than that.''... “Very, very erratic. Off the field is a little bit of a question mark, too. I'm not sure about him.”
