LeSean McCoy and Kiko Alonso will forever be linked. The Eagles (read: Chip Kelly) shockingly traded the team’s all-time franchise leading rusher to the Bills in exchange for Alonso back in 2015. A year later, the Eagles moved on from Alonso by trading him to the Dolphins.
Now the two former Eagles players are linked in the news once again. This time it’s because McCoy took shots at the Miami linebacker after Alonso posted the following picture on Instagram (image via PalmBeachPost.com).

Yep, that’s McCoy’s verified Instagram account posting the following messages to Alonso:

This kind of behavior isn’t atypical for Shady. Eagles fans loved when he took shots back at Osi Umenyiora back in the day. McCoy obviously wasn’t afraid to take shots at Chip Kelly and he even called out Pro Football Focus on Twitter earlier this year.
McCoy and Alonso will face off head-to-head twice this year since they both play in the AFC East.
