Eagles-Seahawks Inactives: Dannell Ellerbe active for first time this season

Who’s in and who’s out.

NFL: New Orleans Saints at Arizona Cardinals Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

The Philadelphia Eagles officially announced their inactives list for their Week 13 game against the Seattle Seahawks.

Eagles linebacker Joe Walker is INACTIVE. Walker suffered a stinger injury last Sunday and was ruled questionable heading into this week’s game.

With Walker out, veteran defender Dannell Ellerbe might start in his place. The Eagles signed Ellerbe a few weeks ago. Philadelphia doesn’t play a ton of base defense so he’s not expected to see extensive playing time.

For the second week in a row, Shelton Gibson is active over Marcus Johnson. Last week marked the first time Gibson suited up this season.

Elijah Qualls is inactive after being up for last week’s game. He’s no longer needed with Beau Allen back.

Trey Burton is active after being ruled out last week due to injury.

Veteran offensive tackle Will Beatty is still inactive.

Wendell Smallwood is a healthy scratch for the third game in a row.

Philadelphia Eagles Inactive List

DE Steven Means - Depth defensive end.

OT Will Beatty - Depth offensive tackle.

RB Wendell Smallwood - Fifth string running back.

WR Marcus Johnson - Depth wide receiver.

DT Elijah Qualls - Depth defensive tackle.

QB Nate Sudfeld - Third string quarterback.

Seattle Seahawks Inactive List

No real surprises here. Starting safety Kam Chancellor and starting left guard Oday Aboushi are among Seahawks players ruled inactive.
