Lane Johnson destroyed Von Miller with one hand (WATCH)

Lane is good.

NFL: Denver Broncos at Philadelphia Eagles Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports

Von Miller is one of the best defenders in the NFL. His career accolades include: Super Bowl MVP, five Pro Bowl selections, three first-team All Pro selections, two second-team All Pro selections, NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year, etc.

It’s really impressive, then, to watch this replay of Eagles right tackle Lane Johnson just man-handling Miller with only one arm.

Holy s***.

This is just one play, of course, but the reality is that Johnson kept Miller quiet all game long. It’s not like Lane was single blocking Von for the entire contest — the Eagles schemed around Miller at times — but this block is damn impressive and serves as a reminder that Johnson is the best at his position in the game. Von Miller even said so last week. Johnson absolutely deserves to go to the Pro Bowl.

Let’s watch the block again, this time in slow-mo.

Whew.

And now let’s watch this Shooting Stars version (via BGN’s Tyler Jackson).

After the Eagles beat the Broncos by 51-23 on Sunday, Miller and Johnson exchanged jerseys, as some players typically do.

That’s pretty fitting since Lane legally owns Von now.
