The Philadelphia Eagles are 10-1 after beating the Chicago Bears on Sunday. Great stuff.
Now it’s time to sit back and turn attention to a noteworthy NFC battle taking place on the West Coast. It’s the 8-2 New Orleans Saints on the road against the 7-3 Los Angeles Rams.
The Saints will be without both of their starting cornerbacks in this game. We’ll see if the Rams, who will be without leading receiver Robert Woods, can take advantage.
A win for the Rams would be in the best interest of the Eagles. The Saints losing would give Philly more breathing room at the top of the NFC. The Eagles play the Rams in a few weeks so the Birds can control their destiny as far as a tie-breaker over L.A. goes. The Eagles don’t play the Saints in the regular season.
Here’s all the basic info you need to know about this game.
