Philadelphia Eagles announce jersey selection for Bears game

Dress accordingly.

The Philadelphia Eagles have officially announced their uniform selection for their Week 12 game against the Chicago Bears on Sunday.

No surprise here. Typical home uniform.

After today, the Eagles have two regular season home games remaining: Week 16 against the Oakland Raiders on Christmas (Monday Night Football) and Week 17 against the Dallas Cowboys on New Year’s Eve. The Eagles only wore their alternate all-black uniforms once this season (Week 9 against the Denver Broncos) so Philly can choose to break them out again for one of those two games.

The Eagles are 6-0 wearing the midnight green this season. While wearing their primary colors, they’ve defeated the New York Giants, the Los Angeles Chargers, the Arizona Cardinals, Washington Redskins, and San Francisco 49ers.

Maybe the Eagles should just keep a good thing going and continue to wear them when they get the choice. Locking up the No. 1 seed would put them in control of such a decision for the 2018 NFL playoffs.
