The Philadelphia Eagles are 7-1 after beating the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday. Sounds nice, right?
Now it’s time to sit back and watch two of the Eagles’ NFC East rivals go head-to-head. One of today’s afternoon game features a battle between the Washington Redskins and Dallas Cowboys. Both teams are 3-3 so far this season.
It would be great for the Eagles if the Cowboys lose this game. Philly already beat Washington twice so the Birds have a head-to-head tiebreaker over them. Dallas currently poses a bigger threat to Philly since they’re currently 1-0 in division games.
It’s going to be hard for Washington to get the win considering they’re dealing with a lot of injuries. Missing starting left tackle Trent Williams is an especially big blow for them.
But maybe they can pull off the upset at home. The Eagles would certainly love for that to happen.
Here’s all the basic info you need to know about this game.
