If you don’t have a box of tissues nearby, I’d suggest you get one before watching this ESPN feature on Carson Wentz’s relationship with a young boy, Lukas Kusters, who lost his battle with cancer earlier this year.

My eyes are welling up again as I’m writing this post.
“To think that he’s buried wearing my jersey ... it just ... so much deeper than football, that’s what it comes down to,” said Wentz, fighting through tears. “It’s so much more than just a game.”
If you look closely at Wentz’s left arm in the picture above this post, you can see the “Dutch Destroyer” wristband Wentz wears in honor of Lukas.
It would be great if Wentz could also win a Super Bowl ring to wear around his finger in honor of a young Eagles fan gone way too soon.
