Nelson Agholor left in the first quarter with an ankle injury

The second-year wideout hobbled off in pain.

NFL: Philadelphia Eagles at Cincinnati Bengals Aaron Doster-USA TODAY Sports

Nelson Agholor was rolled up on early in the first quarter as he blocked for a Darren Sproles run. He left the field immediately and was tended to by the team’s medical staff on the sideline.

He went into the locker room just a few minutes later.

According to the team, Agholor is getting X-rays on his right ankle.

Agholor, in his second year with the team, has 37 catches for 364 yards and two touchdowns this season.

He had just one catch, for negative-one yards, in Sunday’s game when he left with his injury.

[UPDATE 2:48 PM ET] — Agholor is out for the rest of the game.
