The Chicago Bears get another prime time game for some reason as they visit the Cowboys for Sunday Night Football. It’s a not at all exciting matchup of back up quaterbacks as Brian Hoyer takes over for the injured Jay Cutler and Dak Prescott remains on fill-in duty for the injured Tony Romo.
The Bears will be looking for their first win after losses to the Texans and Eagles, while the Cowboys will be looking to build non-existent momentum after beating the Redskins last week.
This game could be pretty ugly. The Bears were one of the worst teams in the league with Jay Cutler, with Brian Hoyer they’re even more hapless. The Cowboys aren’t good either. The Cowboys coaching staff is playing it safe with Dak Prescott, Ezekiel Elliot has ball control issues, and the defense looks as bad as everyone thought it would be. This game feels like it could easily be a mistake filled 14-13 contest or a mistake filled 35-31 shootout. The kind of game that is both entertaining and yet not at all good.
For Eagles fans, this game is straightforward: Go Bears.
