Eagles vs. Jets preseason 2016: Game time, TV schedule, online streaming, channel and more

Learn more about the Eagles-Jets preseason matchup set to take place on Thursday evening.

Noah K. Murray-USA TODAY Sports

Week four of the 2016 NFL preseason schedule is here. The Philadelphia Eagles are set to play at home versus the New York Jets at 7:00 PM ET on Thursday evening. This match marks the Eagles' final preseason game of the summer. After tonight, the Eagles won't play again until their regular season home opener against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, Sept. 11.

As is customary for the fourth preseason game, the Eagles will be resting most of their starters tonight. This is the annual backup bowl; a game where depth players get one last chance to fight for roster spots. Keep in mind all 32 NFL teams must trim their roster down to the 53-man limit by Saturday, Sept. 3. Cuts may begin as soon as Friday morning, though.

Here's everything you need to know about how to watch the game.
