Eagles starting right tackle Lane Johnson addressed media after Philadelphia's training camp practice on Saturday for the first time since news of his potential 10-game suspension emerged. Here's what we learned.

Lane said he knew a few weeks ago this was coming. Said "it's smart of them" to work in other guys in his place. #Eagles

The Eagles seem to be anticipating Johnson's suspension as well. Starting left guard Allen Barbre took first team reps at right tackle on Saturday. Rookie Isaac Seumalo filled in for Barbre at guard. Johnson, meanwhile, worked at second team right tackle.
As discussed earlier this week, Johnson being out for 10 games is a huge, huge loss for the Eagles.
Johnson won't officially know about his status for a few weeks
Lane Johnson said his "B sample" won't be back for 2-3 weeks.

The Eagles play their first regular season game on Sunday, Sept. 11. That's a little less than a month away, so Johnson should know where he stands before the regular season starts. Even if he does get suspended, he'll still be able to participate in football activities until final 53-man rosters are posted.
Johnson isn't happy with the NFLPA

Johnson claims he hasn't done anything wrong. Rather, he seems upset that an approved product had a banned substance in it. He also doesn't like how the players' union won't fight for him despite the fact they originally approved the supplement.
