Let's get to the Philadelphia Eagles links ...

Jason Peters: Last Year Was ‘Hurtful,’ ‘Frustrating’ - Birds 24/7
Peters pointed the blame at Kelly for the team’s offensive failure, mentioning that they used the same snap count for every play. He also thought the amount of one-on-ones offensive linemen were assigned hurt them. “I just think it was more scheme,” Peters said. “Man, it’s the National Football League. If the running back is to the left, and you’re running a zone read, where do you think the ball is going? To the right, so it’s just — they caught up to us. “We just needed to change it up a little bit, especially with Sam [Bradford] back there. They know he’s not going to run it, so it kind of put our hands behind our back.”

Eagles 53-man roster projection: Week 1 of training camp edition - PhillyVoice
This was a difficult one to figure out. The glaring omission is Matt Tobin, who was working at LT with the second team defense during the spring, and has versatility to play inside at guard as well. While Tobin certainly wasn't good as the starting RG in 2015, he is at least somewhat valuable for his ability to play multiple positions along the line as a backup. However, Tobin is scheduled to make $1,671,000 in 2016, the entirety of which the Eagles can save if they cut him. He's not competing against other players as much as he's competing against his salary cap figure. I believe the Eagles will opt to save that money over keeping Tobin. You may also notice that Isaac Seumalo is listed as a starter over Allen Barbre. I believe Seumalo will earn a starting job over the next month, and Barbre will become a versatile backup capable of filling in a four of five OL spots.

Day 3 - Iggles Blitz
This injury isn’t that big of a deal, but it is a reminder that the Eagles aren’t deep at RB and they need one of the young guys to step up. That could be Kenjon Barner or Wendell Smallwood. I guess Byron Marshall and Cedric O’Neal shouldn’t be counted out, although they fall more into the longshot category. Some might see this as reason to panic and want the Eagles to go add a veteran. We aren’t at that point. If there was a terrific RB on the market, you’d go get him. That’s just not the case. The Eagles would be smart to let the young guys show what they can do for a couple of weeks. If Mathews isn’t healthy and/or the young guys aren’t impressing at that point, you can go get a veteran RB.

Dorenbos Proud To Represent Philly On AGT -
“I just want people to have fun. Magic is just cool and that’s what it’s been my whole life,” Dorenbos said. “I want to bring the energy. I always wanted to be a rock star, but I have no musical ability whatsoever. So, I try and just get my rock star moment and feel like Bruce Springsteen or Garth Brooks on stage. In my mind, I told myself I was Garth Brooks at that moment. I was like, ‘Holy cow. This is what Garth Brooks feels like. This is sick.’ “Take it for what it is. I’ve always said this – I didn’t want the NFL to define me. I didn’t want magic to define me. I love what I do. I’m just going to enjoy what I do. It’ll be a great story for the grandkids because eventually it all ends, right? Then it’s all about the ones you love and family and friends. So, I’m just going to ride that wave and enjoy it.”

Eagles have the 'best quarterback room in the NFL', says McLeod Bethel-Thompson -
"It's fantastic. Its three awesome quarterbacks working their butts off to get better everyday. Following the lead of three awesome coaches," Bethel-Thompson said. "It's a quarterback's paradise. You have a head coach that was a quarterback. You got an (offensive coordinator) that played the position. You have a quarterback coach that played the position. All at the highest level. All coaching at the highest level."

North Dakota TV stations chronicling Wentz - Daily News
"I know people back home are definitely interested in knowing what's happening out here. Everyone's following pretty closely," Wentz said Thursday, after a thunderstorm drove the team's first full-squad practice of training camp to the indoor field. "Everyone's all interested in the Eagles now, more than the local teams around there. It's an exciting time for the state of North Dakota, for sure."

Eagles Training Camp Preview: We’re So Screwed - CSN Philly
The Eagles’ full training camp got underway Thursday and I’m already worried. In fact, I have seen nothing from this team thus far in training camp that gives me any confidence that they can compete this season. The Sam Bradford/Carson Wentz thing hasn’t been resolved at all. We already had no running backs to speak of, and now Ryan Mathews is hurt. And then Nigel Badham got arrested for assaulting a hotel employee in Miami -- I know I’ve been saying for awhile that the Eagles need guys on defense who “punch people in the mouth,” but that’s not what I meant.

Tim Tebow says he can still be an effective quarterback in the NFL - CBS Sports
"I mean, for me, I'm in the best shape I've ever been in," Tebow said. "I'm still young, I still feel really good. So is that something that I feel like I can be an effective quarterback in the NFL? Yeah, I really do feel like I could be. But I think at the same time, there are a lot of other things that I'm doing that I love and that I'm blessed to do.

Quarterback questions dominate NFC East training camps - SB Nation
Everybody’s been talking about the quarterback situation in Philadelphia since the days leading up to the draft, when the Eagles traded up to select Carson Wentz with the second overall pick. Sam Bradford is penciled in as the starter, though Wentz’s development is a priority for training camp. It’s possible he could overtake Bradford and win the job, but head coach Doug Pederson has been adamant throughout the offseason that they're going to take it slow with the rookie.
