Philadelphia Eagles preseason schedule 2016 begins in one month

New, comments

Soon ...

Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports

There are only two weeks left until Philadelphia Eagles rookies, quarterbacks, and select veterans reporting for training camp on July 25. The games aren't that far off, either. The Eagles' first preseason match-up takes place exactly one month from today. Football is almost back. As a reminder, here is the entire Eagles 2016 preseason schedule.

Eagles Preseason Schedule

Week 1 - vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Thursday, Aug. 11 at 7:00 PM ET

Week 2 - at Pittsburgh Steelers - Thursday, Aug. 18 at 7:00 PM ET

Week 3 - at Indianapolis Colts - Saturday, Aug. 27 at 7:00 PM ET (NBC10)

Week 4 - vs. New York Jets - Thursday, Sept. 1 at 7:00 PM ET (NBC10)

The Eagles start out the preseason with a home game against a team that blew them out in the regular season last year. Then the Birds play a Steelers team that they'll face again in Week 3 of this year. Philadelphia's dress rehearsal game will take place on the road against the Colts. The Eagles will end their preseason slate, as always, with the backup bowl against the Jets.

If preseason football doesn't do much for you (and it shouldn't), do realize that Philadelphia's 2016 regular season schedule begins in exactly two months from today. Click here for more details.
