The 23-year-old Agholor is reportedly under investigation after a female employee at the Cheerleaders Gentlemen’s Club accused him of raping her on Thursday, June 9.
Agholor's defense attorney, Fortunato Perri Jr., tells 6ABC that his client is "a thousand percent innocent of any criminal conduct."
