The Philadelphia Eagles have officially announced their 2016 training camp schedule. The team's first camp of the Doug Pederson era will begin when rookies, quarterbacks, and selected veterans report on Monday, July 25. The rest of the team will report on Wednesday, July 27. The first full-team practice is scheduled to begin on Thursday, July 28 at 3:30 PM ET.
These training camp practices will take place at the Eagles' headquarters, the NovaCare Complex, in Philadelphia. Unlike the open training camp practices at Lehigh University during the Andy Reid era, these practices will once again be closed to the the fans. Only media and select season ticket members will still be allowed to attend.
The good news for Eagles fans is that the team will be holding two open practices once again at Lincoln Financial Field. The first open practice starts on Sunday, July 31 at 10 AM ET and the second one is scheduled for Sunday, August 14 at 7 PM ET. No tickets necessary - entry is free.
As always, I will be reporting to training camp practice each and every day so make sure you stay tuned to Bleeding Green Nation and follow me on Twitter (@BrandonGowton) for complete Eagles coverage.
Two more months to go!
