Another player gone.

The Philadelphia Eagles' roster cuts following the 2016 NFL Draft keep on coming. Earlier today the team released backup safety Jerome Couplin. Now wide receiver Freddie Martino is gone. These roster moves are being made to make room for the eight players the Eagles selected in the draft along with the many rumored undrafted free agent signings.

Martino joined the Eagles late last summer. He finished the 2015 preseason with 100 yards and one touchdown on 10 receptions. His touchdown came on a play where he made an incredible one-handed catch as he managed to drag his toes inbounds. The play is pictured in the photo above this post. Do you remember who threw that ball to him? Yep, it was Tim Tebow. That was Tebow's last touchdown pass thrown with the Eagles. So in a way the Eagles have now completely purged themselves of Tebow. So sad.

Martino spent the entire 2015 season on Philadelphia's practice squad.
