The Philadelphia Eagles rounded out their 2016 NFL Draft class by selecting Oregon Ducks linebacker Joe Walker with the No. 251 overall pick. The Walker pick isn't just about Howie Roseman trolling Chip Kelly, though you can't help but wonder if Kelly wanted him in undrafted free agency. The Eagles needed depth at linebacker and Walker can come in and compete for a backup spot. Vote in the approval poll below.
Great playmaker at Oregon. Limited size and athleticism will be a challenge in pros but fun player. https://t.co/P6L7SPleAD

Finally a LB. And an Oregon player to boot. Joe Walker is solid. Nice combination of size and speed. Potential to be good role player.

Joe Walker is good at football, like might be the best Duck defender.

Rewatching a couple Oregon games today. When people start their spring/summer scouting of 2015 guys, Joe Walker (LB 35) will be a big riser.
