Scott Olmos-USA TODAY Sports

The Philadelphia Eagles sure are showing a lot of interest in quarterbacks leading up to the 2016 NFL Draft. The Birds are reportedly set to host Carson Wentz, Jared Goff, and Dak Prescott on pre-draft visits in Philadelphia.

The Eagles met with Wentz and Goff during private workout sessions last week. The group of Jeffrey Lurie, Doug Pederson, Howie Roseman, and Frank Reich were in attendance. The Eagles also took both quarterbacks out for dinner (separately).

Wentz and Goff are largely expected to be the first two quarterbacks selected this year. It's possible one of those two prospects could be drafted as high as the Cleveland Browns' No. 2 overall pick. Thus, there's been rumors about the Eagles (among other teams) potentially trading with the Tennessee Titans to move up to No. 1 and get the quarterback they desire. The latest rumor indicates Pederson is a big fan of Wentz and the Eagles are trying to draft him.

As for Prescott, it's not news that he's visiting the Eagles. That was first reported back in mid-March. He's expected to be drafted in the mid-rounds. Teams will certainly have questions for him after he was arrested on a DUI charge last month.

Multiple key members of the Eagles organization are on record publicly saying the team will draft a quarterback this year. They're certainly doing their homework on passing prospects.
