The Philadelphia Eagles will have at least primetime affair on their 2016 regular season schedule. The Eagles will play a Week 12 game against the Green Bay Packers on ESPN's Monday Night Football on Nov. 28, according to Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reporter Tom Silverstein. The Eagles are set to host the Packers at home so the game will take place at Lincoln Financial Field.

The Eagles and Packers last met in the 2015 preseason. As if you could forget, that's the game where Sam Bradford looked really good and got everyone fired up about the Birds. He completed all 10 of his attempts that night for 121 yards, three touchdowns, zero interceptions, and a 156.7 rating. Unfortunately for the Eagles the hype wouldn't last into the regular season.
The last time the Eagles and Packers played in the regular season was when Mark Sanchez started at Lambeau Field. It was an ugly game. Philadelphia lost by a final score of 53 to 20.
Assuming this report is true, it means the Eagles will NOT play on Thanksgiving. Philadelphia played on Turkey Day the past two seasons.
The entire 2016 NFL schedule will be released later tonight on Thursday, April 14.
