The Philadelphia Eagles have already agreed to terms with a few players but they may not be done shopping in free agency yet. According to a report from Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press, the Birds are one of a few NFL teams interested in wide receiver Andre Holmes.
A source says that teams in the mix for Raiders free-agent WR Andre Holmes are #Vikings, Raiders, Lions, Bengals and Eagles.

The Eagles could afford to add a veteran receiver and they've already shown some interest in doing so.
The 27-year-old Holmes has good size. He measures in at 6-4, 210 pounds. Holmes has bounced around the league ever since going undrafted in 2012. He finally caught on with the Raiders. His biggest season came in 2014 when started 13 games and had 47 receptions for 693 yards (14.7 average) and four touchdowns. Holmes only started one game in 2015 so his production naturally declined. He finished with 14 catches for 201 yards and four scores.
It doesn't seem like Holmes would be a guy who would break the bank. This year's free agent wide receiver class is widely uninspiring, so Holmes could be an interesting buy-low option that could also contribute on special teams.
