NFL compensatory picks for the 2016 NFL Draft were officially announced on Friday afternoon. To no surprise, the Philadelphia Eagles did not receive a single one.
Compensatory picks are extra picks at the ends of rounds three through seven that are awarded to teams that suffered net losses in terms of free agents lost/signed. The amount of money and playing time the departing player gets also factors in Here's a reminder of which players the Eagles lost/gained last offseason.
