Philadelphia Eagles head coach Doug Pederson and executive vice president of football operations Howie Roseman are both scheduled to speak at the 2016 NFL Combine this week. Pederson will meet with reporters starting at 4:15 PM ET on Wednesday, Feb. 24. Roseman will immediately follow Pederson at 4:30 PM. We'll have full coverage of both press conferences here at Bleeding Green Nation.
The Eagles didn't have any representation at last year's event. Chip Kelly was the first coach in team history to not have media availability at the NFL Combine. Speaking of the devil, Kelly, now with the 49ers, is not going to speak this year either. Only San Francisco general manager Trent Baalke will be available. Kelly's really not endearing himself to the 49ers media.
Former Eagles and current Chiefs head coach Andy Reid won't be speaking this week either because he's recovering from knee replacement surgery. This is noteworthy since he probably would have been asked a lot of questions about Pederson.
