The NFL offseason is here and Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Eric Rowe is already taking advantage of his free time to get better. Here are some videos that have been posted on Twitter by Rischad Whitfield, who is known as "The Footwork King."

This isn't the first time Rowe has been spotted working with Whitfield. He also did it last year.
There's a good chance the Eagles will be relying on Rowe as starting defensive back in 2016. The 2015 second round pick finished the season as a starter when Nolan Carroll went down with a season-ending injury on Thanksgiving. Rowe suffered an ankle injury himself but played through it and performed relatively well. Quarterbacks had a 80.3 rating when targeting Rowe. That figure ranked 26th best out of 118 cornerbacks last season.
One would figure Rowe will start across from Byron Maxwell at cornerback this season.
