Let's get to the Philadelphia Eagles links ...

Mayor Kenney On LeSean McCoy Brawl: ‘He Needs To Pay The Price And Answer For His Actions’ - CBS Philly
The mayor said that he has seen some of the video. "In addition to punches being thrown, there were some kicks that looked as if they were being leveled and that’s unconscionable and it’s cowardly," Kenney said. Kenney has talked to the police commissioner and is waiting for the district attorney’s office to issue possible arrest warrants for McCoy and three of his friends also alleged to have been involved in the fight. "If [McCoy] wants to stomp our officers and pound our officers, then he needs to pay the price and answer for his actions," Kenney said. However, it is not a quick process coupled with the extra scrutiny.

'Oh, the Places You'll Throw,' a children's book about Sam Bradford - PhillyVoice
On one fine day in March, Chip called up the Rams. A trade was commenced, the green Iggles had Sam. Oh, the places you'll throw. The fans surely won't boo. Even if the steep cost was Nick Foles and a two.

Eagles 2016 Offseason Preview - Over The Cap
The Eagles are likely stuck in the “what other option do we have” category when it comes to Sam Bradford. His perceived value comes almost exclusively because of draft status and little else, but it was also clear that the team was better off with him than Mark Sanchez last year. I can understand the logic of looking elsewhere but the best solution might be a two year deal at a reasonable price with big incentives for the playoffs. If he is too expensive though the team can not go there…If not too expensive bringing back Walter Thurmond might help the defense, though he is always an injury risk. It may depend on if the new staff sees him as a safety or corner.

Looming prosecution, possible paid leave will put McCoy, Bills in a tough spot - PFT
As to Bills running back LeSean McCoy, who is expected to be charged with aggravated assault in Philadelphia, the league won’t be using paid leave during the portion of the calendar in which all players are on unpaid leave. At some point, however, the players will return — and the wheels of justice often grind slowly. If McCoy chooses to fight the case through trial, he could miss all of the 2016 season, but with pay. The alternative would be to resolve the charges with a plea deal. The prosecutors will know that McCoy needs to get the case behind him in order to play, which means they’d potentially drive a harder bargain.

Eagles Offseason Outlook: Tight End - Birds 24/7
Trey Burton, who only played on offense in six games, was on the field for five percent of the Eagles snaps. The third tight end, however, is a quality contributor on special teams. The biggest surprise from this unit, in my eyes, was that Ertz clearly overtook Celek as the Eagles' best blocking tight end. Ertz was slowed early in the season because of his sports hernia injury, but his overall improvement provides reason to believe that his elusive breakout year will happen in 2016.

Who Are The Biggest Combine Snubs? - PE.com
I was extremely shocked to see Braverman’s name left off the list. In my eyes, Braverman is one of the top slot receivers in the draft class. The undersized Bronco (5-10, 177 pounds) shows great separation quickness at the top of his routes and routinely made defenders in the MAC and in the Big Ten look silly for the past two seasons. Size will be a concern, but to see Braverman left off the list while other receivers from the same conference make it was surprising to say the least.

49ers' Chip Kelly favored to win Super Bowl before Eagles' Doug Pederson - NJ.com
The website OnlineGambling.lv has placed odds on which new head coach has the best chance at winning the Super Bowl first, and on top of that list is former Eagles head coach Chip Kelly, who is now with the San Francisco 49ers after being fired by Eagles prior to Week 17 of last season. Kelly's odds of being the first new head coach to win the Super Bowl have been placed at 4/1. Meanwhile, Eagles new head coach Doug Pederson was given 10/1 odds of winning the big game first among the new head coaching hires.

Eagles Stay or Go Part 5: Andrew Gardner to Brandon Hepburn - CSN Philly
Hart is one of those Chip Kelly Oregon inventions that we kept hearing was playing so well but nobody ever saw actually do anything. Hart actually played 27 percent of the Eagles’ defensive snaps last year but had nothing to show for it except 18 solo tackles and a couple hurries. You’d think a guy getting 327 snaps would make a big play somewhere along the line. Hart didn’t. See you in San Francisco, Taylor.

The Broncos won the Super Bowl because Wade Phillips took a chance on his players - SB Nation
Denver's defensive coordinator took a huge risk with his defensive play calling, but it apparently worked out fine, just like retired NFL defensive end Stephen White said it would.
