[ORIGINAL] — Carson Wentz was taken down on a third down play late in the third quarter, and was driven into the ground by the Giants’ Olivier Vernon. It appeared he hit his right shoulder hard, and also might have hit his head. He was taken to the locker room with 2:54 left in the third quarter.
Chase Daniel replaced Wentz at quarterback.
