The Eagles re-signed tight end Anthony Denham to their practice squad, filling the roster spot opened up after they promoted Byron Marshall to the 53 man roster earlier today.
Denham had previously been on the Eagles practice squad from October 13th, when he took the place of the promoted CB C.J. Smith, to December 2nd, when he was released to make room for WR Marcus Johnson.
Denham was an undrafted free agent out of Utah in 2014. He was signed by the Texans to their practice squad, and appeared in the final four games for Houston, playing 56 snaps on special teams and three on offense. He missed the entire 2015 season after being placed on injured reserve with a shoulder sprain. He spent the 2016 preseason with the Texans before being among final cuts.
