Thanksgiving Football Games: An Open Thread

Gobble gobble, y’all.

NFL: Jacksonville Jaguars at Detroit Lions Raj Mehta-USA TODAY Sports

Today is Thanksgiving. Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you have a wonderful day with your family, your plate is always full, and you spend the entire holiday away from social media and the internet.

But you’re reading this, which means you have failed to do stay away, which is unfortunate and I am sorry.

Now that you’ve taken the dive into the internet on Thanksgiving (you doofus), you might as well jump in our open thread and talk about football with your fellow Eagles fans here at Bleeding Green Nation.

You can chat about the Lions game as you drink your first beer of the day, discuss the NFC East matchup in Dallas while you scoop another heaping helping of sweet potato casserole onto your plate, and rant about the Steelers game with a slice of pumpkin pie in hand to avoid talking to your family whatsoever.

A full rich day, to say the least.

If you’d like to ignore your family for nearly 12 uninterrupted hours by watching a violent game, here’s how you can do it with a television screen:
