It’s a football day!
Kurt Coupons and the Washington football team kick off today’s action against the Cincinnati Bengals. The Eagles face the Bengals later this season, and they’ve obviously already faced Washington once this season, with another matchup coming later on.
Here’s what else is happening before tonight’s Eagles game:
Jets at Browns, 1:00 CBS — You could not pay me enough. Burn this game with fire and never, ever speak of it again. No one wins, but football fans sure lose.
Seahawks at Saints, 1:00 FOX — This is the good stuff. Seattle’s defense is quality. The Saints offense is hyper-powered. Should be entertaining. Seahawks win.
Cardinals at Panthers, 1:00 FOX — A showdown between two tremendously underperforming teams! I’m interested to see where the Panthers are after their by week.
Patriots at Bills, 1:00 CBS — These two teams met earlier in the year. Sans Tom Brady, the Pats were shut out. They’re going to score seven trillion points today.
Raiders at Bucs, 1:00 CBS — Love the Raiders. They keep winning, especially on the road. Give me Derek Carr over Jameis Winston every day of the week.
Chiefs at Colts, 1:00 CBS — Never, ever forget that glorious Andrew Luck comeback from a few postseasons ago. Nonetheless, give me the Chiefs here.
Lions at Texans, 1:00 FOX — The Lions are suddenly looking not too bad. Brock Osweiler, on the other hand, is awful and expensive. Give me Detroit.
Chargers at Broncos, 4:05 CBS — A good one! At least, in theory. The Chargers aren’t very good, but they’ve been in a lot of games late. Hopefully this one’s no different.
Packers at Falcons, 4:25 FOX — Oh god yes. The polar opposite of Jets-Browns. Aaron Rodgers vs. Matt Ryan. I think the Falcons win. The Pack are fakers this year.
