The Philadelphia Eagles officially interviewed New York Giants offensive coordinator Ben McAdoo (coaching profile) on Thursday. The team confirmed the news on Twitter:

McAdoo also interviewed for New York's vacancy earlier this week. It's interesting to see two NFC East rivals potentially battling over coaching hires. The G-Men are expected to interview Adam Gase, who interviewed with Philadelphia earlier this week, on Friday.
McAdoo is the fourth coaching candidate to officially interview with the Eagles. Philadelphia has already interviewed running back coach Duce Staley, interim head coach Pat Shurmur, and Bears offensive coordinator Adam Gase. The Birds are still scheduled to interview Bengals defensive coordinator Paul Guenther and Chiefs offensive coordinator Doug Pederson this weekend. Teryl Austin and Dirk Koetter are reportedly set to be interviewed at some point as well.
Stay tuned to BGN for more updates on the Eagles' coaching search.
