NFL insider Jason La Canfora isn't the only one reporting that the Eagles coaching search could wrap up within the next 24-48 hours. Now Tim McManus of Birds 24/7 is sensing Philadelphia's search is coming to an end. McManus is one of the most reliable reporters around, so this is especially noteworthy. He even has a coaching candidate in mind: Giants offensive coordinator Ben McAdoo.
Get the sense that Eagles could announce their next head coach as early as tomorrow, which would eliminate Pederson. Thinking McAdoo.

The McAdoo rumors are really heating up. Earlier on Wednesday, ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter reported he senses McAdoo is the front-runner for the Eagles' job. Jimmy Kempski piggybacked on that report:
Not to be "piggyback guy," but I was told last night not to count out McAdoo, which caught me by surprise. https://t.co/trGmiydy21

And Geoff Mosher added this tidbit:
What I said on @975 last Sunday w/@ShanderShow, that McAdoo impressed Eagles in interview, which I had heard. https://t.co/K6kIn4up1a

Funny enough, just a few days ago Eagles fans thought McAdoo was the least likely candidate.
Obviously nothing is official yet, but stay tuned.

UPDATE: Well, so much for that.
