Philadelphia Eagles Roster Cuts 2015: Team officially trims down to 52 players

The Eagles roster now stands at 52 players.

The Philadelphia Eagles officially announced the release of 22 players on Saturday. These cuts come in time before the team is required to reach the 53-man roster limit deadline today by 4:00 PM EST on Saturday, Sept. 5. The current Eagles roster now stands at 52 players, so the team clearly plans to make another addition.
