The 2015 NFL Week 3 schedule kicks off tonight with the New York Giants (0-2) and the Washington Redskins (1-1) set to face off on Thursday Night Football. It's an NFC East rivalry matchup.
The Giants haven't looked good by any means, but they aren't that far from being 2-0 to start the season. Meanwhile, Washington had a decisive victory over the St. Louis Rams at home last week. Washington's ground game looks good (unlike a certain football team) and their defense looks solid too.
Tonight's game holds some interest for Eagles fans since both of these teams are division rivals. The Eagles might prefer to see New York win in order to have both teams at 1-2 instead of having the Giants at 0-3 and Washington at 2-1.
