Eagles Practice Squad: Quron Pratt waived, Stephen Morris likely to return

The Eagles are making a change to their practice squad.

Bill Streicher-USA TODAY Sports

The Philadelphia Eagles released wide receiver Quron Pratt from their practice squad, according to a report from Zach Berman. The 24-year-old Rutgers alumnus originally joined the team during the 2014 offseason. He spent all of last year on Philadelphia's practice squad.

With Pratt gone, the Eagles are reportedly likely to sign 23-year-old quarterback Stephen Morris to the practice squad. The Eagles released Morris on Monday afternoon in order to sign 27-year-old veteran Thad Lewis. Morris still needs to pass through waivers unclaimed before he can be officially signed.

Pratt's departure leaves one wide receiver left on Philadelphia's practice squad: Freddie Martino. The Eagles do have six wide receivers on the team's 53-man roster.

The Eagles have made a number of changes to their practice squad since last week. Find an updated look at Philadelphia's 10-man scout team below.
