Philadelphia Eagles inside linebacker Mychal Kendricks left the team's game against the Dallas Cowboys early with a hamstring injury. Kendricks suffered the injury covering Lance Dunbar on a deep passing play. There hasn't been much of an update on his injury situation until now. Via Howard Eskin:
Just saw Mychal Kendricks. Told me the hamstring injury not that bad and will try to make it back for this weeks #Eagles game. @FOX29philly

While it's hardly a guarantee that Kendricks plays, this at least seems like positive news for the team. It could have been worse.
The Eagles are really banged up at inside linebacker (for the second year in a row) with Kendricks nursing a hamstring injury and Kiko Alonso having suffered an undisclosed knee injury. Speaking of Alonso, Zach Berman of the Philadelphia Inquirer shared some information on him:
Just saw Kiko Alonso. Wouldn't comment on his knee. Had his knee covered and walking with limp. There's no update from the team.

If Kendricks and Alonso can't play, expect DeMeco Ryans and Jordan Hicks to start on the inside. Those are the two linebackers who finished out the game on Sunday.
