The Philadelphia Eagles officially announced a few changes to their practice squad on Tuesday evening. That's right, we're talking about practice squad.
The Eagles already had an open spot on their practice squad after undrafted free agent running back Raheem Mostert was signed away by the Miami Dolphins on Monday. In order to clear up another spot, the team released tight end Andrew Gleichert.
To fill the two vacant spots, the Eagles signed nose tackle Travis Raciti and running back Kevin Monangai. Both players are rookie undrafted free agent who spent the offseason with Philadelphia. Raciti is effectively the team's third string nose tackle behind starter Bennie Logan and backup Beau Allen. Monangai, a Villanova alumnus, fills Mostert's spot as the team's fifth running back under team control.
With these moves, the Eagles' practice squad is now finalized at the 10-man limit. Here's the complete list of players:
