Baltimore Ravens outside linebacker Terrell Suggs tore his Achilles and will miss the rest of the 2015 NFL season, as officially confirmed by the team. The injury took place during Baltimore's 19-13 loss to the Denver Broncos on Sunday afternoon.

Suggs is a key player on Baltimore's defense so this is obviously a big loss for the Ravens.
This Suggs injury comes only a few weeks after the pass rusher made controversy by hitting Sam Bradford low in Baltimore's preseason game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Suggs, who has a history of being a dirty player, was penalized for his hit on Bradford, but the NFL later ruled it was a legal hit. Bradford and Jason Peters were among Eagles players who thought it was a dirty cheap shot.
I'm not going to assume the Eagles are celebrating Suggs' injury, because that's not really cool, but I can't imagine this news exactly breaks their hearts.
