10 reasons the Giants will be a dumpster fire this season - PhillyVoice
Statistically, 2013 was easily Eli Manning's worst season. A year later, statistically, 2014 was arguably Eli Manning's best season. So wait... Why is that a reason they'll be a dumpster fire in 2015? Well, going into any new year with the Giants, their prospects of a successful season ride on the play of Eli Manning. Last year he was really good, and they still sucked.

Eagles' Brandon Boykin's life filled with joy - Daily News
"He has become an elite athlete," said Strickland, who is so familiar with Boykin's gait that he will watch Eagles games and text Boykin that his left elbow is flying out. "When he comes back now, it's just for tuneups." Boykin has improved his diet and has resumed off-course running, especially through the streets of Philadelphia; but, most intriguingly, he has taken to heart Strickland's suggestion to focus on flexibility. This summer, Boykin began taking yoga; hard-core, Bikram yoga, in a room heated to 105 degrees.

Wake-Up Call: The Most Indispensable Eagle - Birds 24/7
This is an under the radar one. You could really make the case that Cox belongs in the top spot. He is fantastic against the run and a force as an interior pass rusher. If Cox were to go down, either Brandon Bair or Taylor Hart would be forced into the starting lineup. Maybe one of them could be OK on early downs, but there would be a massive dropoff from Cox, and the Eagles don't have anyone on the roster that can do what he does from a pass-rush perspective. Losing Cox would significantly impact every player in the front seven.

Jimmy on Chip - Iggles Blitz
Chip isn’t afraid to fail. I know I’ve said that a few times and I’m sure some of you are sick of hearing it. But I can’t stress enough how important that is. The old axiom in football is that more games are lost than are won. Avoid mistakes and you won’t lose. Joe Paterno preached this. Marty Schottenheimer was a huge advocate in the NFL. Don’t turn the ball over. Avoid penalties. Don’t be afraid to punt. You do win a lot of games if you have some talent and get your players to play it safe. But you won’t win many championships.

Screaming Eagles and the Jamaican Spliffhawks by Mark Saltveit - Crossing Broad
Writer: It’s a kid’s show, it’s genius, it’s SCREAMING EAGLES! Scooby Doo meets the Partridge Family except GET THIS — instead of a rock band that your mom is in, it’s even cooler — an actual NFL football team, 11 slabs of beefcake who live together in a house, drive around in a white van, work out together and have adventures.

Season Preview: A Super Rematch - PE.com
For the past two seasons, the Eagles and New England Patriots have held joint practices prior to meeting in the preseason. This year, the two sides will battle in a regular season showdown at Gillette Stadium to kick off the month of December in a nationally televised affair. The Eagles will be coming off of their Thanksgiving feast in Detroit with a few extra days to let the stuffing and pie settle before heading to Foxborough.

Eagles Better or Worse 2015: Outside Linebacker - The 700 Level
Clearly, it’s Graham’s turn now, and the Eagles will be better off for it. He’s excellent against the run as well, so the defense isn’t losing anything there, while PFF has been grading the former 13th-overall draft pick as one of the NFL’s most dangerous pass-rushers for some time. In terms of pass-rush productivity—a formula that combines sacks, hits and hurries relative to pass-rush attempts—Graham has been ranked first, seventh and first at his respective position in each of the past three years (4-3 DE in 2012, 3-4 OLB in ’13 and ’14).
