Let's get to the links...

What they're saying: All-22 highlights of Fletcher Cox's 2014 season - PhillyVoice
Fletcher Cox's 2014 season, statistically, isn't exactly eye-popping on paper -- 61 tackles, 4 sacks, 1 forced fumble, and 3 fumble recoveries. As a result, Cox's 2014 efforts did not impress the dopes who vote for the Pro Bowl, and Cox was snubbed. (he did garner second team All-Pro honors). Eagles fans, however, are well aware of what Cox is -- an emerging elite defensive lineman.

Special Player - Iggles Blitz
It would be really cool if the Eagles had been able to pull off a deal for QB Marcus Mariota. That didn’t happen and I am glad for one big reason…Fletcher Cox is still an Eagle. In the lead-up to the draft, we began to hear rumors about the Eagles possibly including Cox in a move to get the second overall pick. He is the team’s best player so I can easily understand teams asking about him, but I don’t believe the Eagles included him in any real offers. The Eagles have struggled to draft and develop defensive stars for much of the past decade so I think the team would be extremely hesitant to talk about dealing an impact DL. Cox isn’t just good. He’s special.

Nolan Carroll making pitch (again) to start at cornerback - Inquirer
Nolan Carroll's climb to the top of the cornerback depth chart shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone who watched him break up pass after pass last spring. Despite a strong period that carried into training camp, Carroll fell short of supplanting incumbent starters Bradley Fletcher and Cary Williams last season. In retrospect, giving Fletcher the nod over Carroll may have been the most costly decision of the Eagles' playoff-less 2014.

Stoutland: Injury rash to 2014 O-line could help Eagles in 2015 - CSN Philly
"We've rotated a lot of players into those positions," offensive line coach Jeff Stoutland said Tuesday. "There really isn't a depth chart. (Kevin) Graf was playing guard today. There is really no … trust me, we're trying to get a look at different players right now. Dennis Kelly, Josh Andrews is showing up. (Andrews) might have an opportunity to play a little bit as a right guard.  "Getting a look at everybody to try to see what is the right mix, who deserves an opportunity here. We have players that are here, let's take a look at them and see if maybe they can play that position."

Fan-Demonium: Chip The Builder - PE.com
Every coach has a vision for his team. Some have very specific visions, while others are a bit more generic. Chip Kelly is one of those coaches with very specific ideas. He knows what he wants. He has been working on that vision for three years. Kelly now has three draft classes of his players. He has three years of free agency and other pro personnel moves. The Eagles aren't his ideal team yet, but this group is the closest so far. Kelly has built this roster to try and match his vision.

Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Connor Barwin and Winslow third graders Make the World Better - NJ.com
"Never be scared to be uncomfortable. Being nervous can be a good thing." During a recent visit to Winslow Township School No. 1, Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Connor Barwin commended art teacher Caitlin Black for doing just that. Black, who heard about Barwin's Make the World Better Foundation at the beginning of the school year, has been using his message to teach her students about art.

NFC East Roundup: How Peterson News Affects Dallas - Birds 24/7
When 2014 rushing champ DeMarco Murray decided to sign with the Eagles a few months ago, many people speculated that a natural replacement for the Cowboys would be Adrian Peterson. However, with Peterson having reported to practice in Minnesota, many in Dallas have changed their stance.

NFL aware of domestic violence allegation involving Washington's Jamison Crowder - SB Nation
Washington acknowledged that Jamison Crowder was involved in an "off-field situation," after a deleted Instagram post claimed the rookie wide receiver physically abused a woman. Crowder's agent denied the accusation.
