It's no secret that Tony Romo was disappointed when DeMarco Murray signed with the Philadelphia Eagles. The Dallas Cowboys quarterback said he would have taken a $5 million pay cut to keep Murray with the Cowboys.
But that didn't happen, and now Murray is with the Eagles. Romo still doesn't seem to be completely over Murray leaving.

That was Romo's third ever tweet. For those not aware, he's referencing a lyric from the Simon & Garfunkel song "Mrs. Robinson".
Maybe Romo still misses Murray because the team seemingly hasn't done much to replace him. The Cowboys signed Darren McFadden in free agency but outside of that they haven't really addressed the running back position. Dallas has a lot of faith in their offensive line to replace Murray's production.
Or maybe Romo just misses Murray so much because they used to be really good friends.

Romo won't have to wait too long this season to see his old buddy again. The Eagles and Cowboys first meet in Week 2 at Lincoln Financial Field.
