Must Reads
Philadelphia entered the 2015 NFL Draft with a total of eight selections. Now they only have seven after making a trade in the second round on Day 2 to move up five spots to draft defensive back Eric Rowe at No. 47. The Eagles traded away both of their fifth round picks to make this happen. In return, the team also received an extra sixth rounder from the Miami Dolphins.
The Eagles still have a few positions of need to address. Fortunately for them, there are still some talented players on the board. Here's a look at the best remaining available players. Expect the Eagles to still address the safety position and/or the offensive line at some point on Day 3. Those are still big needs.
Perhaps Philly will pick up some extra picks by trading players who are rumored to be on the trade block. Last year on Day 3, the Eagles traded away Bryce Brown in exchange for a fourth round pick.
Eagles remaining draft picks
1 (20) - Nelson Agholor, WR, USC
2 (47) - Eric Rowe, DB, Utah
3 (84) - Jordan Hicks, LB, Texas
4 (113)
6 (191)
6 (196)
7 (237)
Keep in mind that none of these picks are compensatory picks. What this means is that they're all eligible to be traded still. It will be interesting to see how the final day of the draft shakes out for Philadelphia.
