This is really sad. According to a report from OwlScoop.com, former Temple Owls and Eagles linebacker Adrian Robinson passed away this weekend. The Harrisburg, Pennsylvania native was only 25 years old.

Robinson's tenure with Philadelphia was extremely brief. The team acquired him in a trade with the Steelers in late August 2013. The Eagles sent veteran running back Felix Jones to Pittsburgh in the deal. Robinson was cut only one week later after first arriving. He caught on with a few other teams in brief stints up until Washington released him last summer.

The cause of Robinson's death is currently unclear. Please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers.
