Madden NFL 16 Cover will feature Odell Beckham Jr.

The Madden NFL 16 cover vote is finally over and the winner has been announced. Expect to see New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. on the next edition's cover. Beckham beat out fellow finalist and New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski to win the honor. Or maybe it's not such a good award if you believe in the "Madden Curse."

In any case, it's not a surprise to see Beckham appear on the cover. The former LSU pass catcher quickly caught the league's attention as a rookie with his incredible one-handed catches and explosive play-making ability. The emergence of Beckham is just another reason why the Philadelphia Eagles decided to revamp their secondary this offseason with the addition of players like Byron Maxwell, Walter Thurmond, Eric Rowe, JaCorey Shepherd, and Randall Evans.
